Edo State Public Procurement Agency

The Edo State Public Procurement Agency is a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal established pursuant to Section 1, Sub-section 1 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 on 29th February 2012 (Now repealed and re-enacted Law Known as Edo State Public Procurement Law 2020)

The Edo State Public Procurement Agency is responsible for regulating all public procurements in the State including its Local Government Councils in line with Section 20 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2020. 

Its Objectives and Mandates are enshrined in Section 10 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2020.

Vision

To be the leading regulatory Agency in Nigeria, inculcating efficient,  effective and sustainable Procurement Processes thereby ensuring transparency and  accountability in Public Procurement and ultimately value for money.

Mission

Adopt international best practices and professionalism to ensure the  application of fair, competitive and value for money processes in the procurement  and disposal of Government assets, so as to enthrone good governance and earn  public trust in Edo State.
