The Edo State Public Procurement Agency is a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal established pursuant to Section 1, Sub-section 1 of the Edo State Public Procurement Law 2012 on 29th February 2012 (Now repealed and re-enacted Law Known as Edo State Public Procurement Law 2020)
